NOTICE: August 08, 2016
Si2 EMAIL REFLECTOR MAIL IS BEING REJECTED
BY SOME COMPANIES

NOTE: Si2 External IP Address Changes
* Recently, Si2 switched network service providers and subsequently, all of its external IP addresses.
* Email reflectors are used by our many Production and Open Standards collaborative research/development working groups.
* If your company uses access control lists to manage email traffic, and you send emails via the Si2 reflector list system, then the following information will be relevant to you.
CONTACT YOUR IT DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY YOUR CURRENT OR FUTURE STATUS:
After the Si2 IP changes, reflector list messages that previously appeared as email coming from 71.41.16.78 will now show as email coming from 12.229.222.10. Any access control lists that reference the old Si2 IP (71.41.16.78), will need to be updated to the new Si2 IP (12.229.222.10) in order to restore previous functionality. Additionally, make sure that your company IT has Si2 white listed!

ECSM Change Management Group Introduction

ECSM Change Management: Supporting the static approach, this group is responsible for evolution of the Effective Current Source Model (ECSM) library format.  Current source models permit more accurate modeling of long, complex interconnects.  The ECSM cell driver represents non-linear switching waveforms using a current source, rather than voltage source, to model delay under conditions of varying voltages and dominant interconnect effects, necessary for ultra low-power and high speed designs.  It calculates the non-linear impact of voltage drop on delay and also enables multiple voltage islands on the same substrate. The ECSM donation also forms a starting point for the drive for future convergence of the currently competing file formats. The link below is restricted to the members of the ECSM Group.
